As someone already mentioned, Yoga can correct your posture through stretching, thus you will be taller.

ah... well first one needs to look at your parents and grandparents height, your overall health, age and gender. If you still have a major growth spert to go through flexibility MIGHT gain you a little, and by a little I mean less then an inch. Certainly in the same situation heavy weight training can and mostly likely will stunt your growth.

I stand 4'10 1/2" tall, and when you are my height the half is VERY important. I was a competitive gymnast for 7 years before I stopped growing, it didn't do me much good. But with a mother at 5'nothing and a father at 5'3", I had little chance.

It depends on how out of shape you are. If you are out of shape and your posture is not perfect, which most peoples' aren't, then any exercise that you stick to will make you a little taller since it will improve your posture and straighen your spine. I hope this answers your question.
