It's DEFINATELY a scam. Usually it asks for an email address or something to that extent, gives you even more spam, and then ends up asking for a credit card. Unless it is a trusted website I would not put any information or quick on any unusual links. If you really do like free stuff (who doesn't right) if you go to google and type in Teen Vogue It Girls, and sign up, you can answer surveys or just write down an email address or something, and within a few weeks or a month you get free face washes (like neutrogena), makeup etc. I thouht it was something fake at first, but I really do trust them, and have been answering surveys for them for about a year or so now! Try it, seriously.
hope this helps!

I think it's spammers. I think I tried it.. just cause.. not really realizing what I'm doing.. and I ended up getting a flood full of emails from doing it.. so it's basically just spam. I saw it through myspace bulletins.. thinking they're ok, since it's a "friend" that was posting it up.. but actually some hackers got into it and just put some spamming advertisement. So to be on the safe side.. or just not be annoyed at all.. don't do it.

Most of the time it is just some type of scam to get your email address. If you want to try it, make a new hotmail account and use that email address. Don't use your main email address or the spam will become outrageous.
