Well it depends on how big your first is. Start with a starter dildo to let whatever area you're using it get used to it. It feels really good. I started out with putting candles up there. They come in different sizes.

depends on a number of things.. the size of it .. if u are nice and wet .. and if the person knows what they are doing ..u have to start slow.. then go from there.... use lube ... make sure there is fore play ... listen i can always show u how to do this .. lol

if you are a virgin, then it might hurt if you haven't already broke your hymen. once that part is over with, lube it up and insert carefully and gently.. then it shouldn't be too bad..
might want to play with your self using your finger to get yourself warmed up and in the mood before inserting a vibrator..
