Ur rising sign is determind by the exact time u were born. U need to find an astrologer. Also look up websites able ordering Natel/pre-natel charts and or internet kits. I know this stuff is done on the computer. Its something u can install in the computer like having window XP or office or something. Good luck! "oh," get the Aspectarian magazine. U can find it medaphysical shops or any herbal or whole foods shops. That should help u!

Probably Sagittarius. I don't have my software with me, nor do I know where you were born, so I couldn't be sure.
My birthday's the 24th of April, and I was hatched at 12:30 a.m. Ascendant (rising) signs change approximately every 2 hours, and are in approximately the same position at any given time every year.
In a Western chart, mine's Capricorn. Since you were born a couple hours earlier in the day, yours is probably Sag.
However, in a Vedic chart, mine's Sag, and yours is probably Scorpio.

Go to www.astro.com. I'm not going to be able to tell you what your rising sign is unless you provide a place of birth, which I wouldn't really recommend doing over the internet. Astro is a really good website, it gives you your birth chart and also a few different interpretations of your chart if you poke around (they're usually under "Free Horoscopes" off of the main page).
