i need to know where i can get a program, like online or somewhere, or what the program is called so i could get it off ebay with the usb cable and everything, ne and all help will be apreciated

Once you get your USB cord download a program called BITPIM...I use it it converts mp3's into ringtones and also lets you move videos and pix from your pc to your cell phone.

There are lots of programs on the tucows shareware/freeware site. See link. Look on the right to see if a program is freeware or GPL (free). Ringtone Pimp is free GPL. It can create ringtones from MP3s.
