I want to go to a college with a Step team or dance team.

Well you're gonna have to look up if the place as a Step or Dance team but here are the Southern colleges that are ranked among the top 55 in the US:

Rice
Emory
Georgia Tech
Tulane
UT Austin
University of Florida
University of Miami (this one i know has a dance team)

Almost all of the good Southern Colleges are integrated.

But it sounds like you are more interested in historically black colleges. The following link provides information on them. There are a few that are good academically -- but many of them aren't ranked vary highly. You may want to cross-reference these with Princeton Review or with US News.

University of Kentucky has a dance team. They are pretty good. In 2005, they won their first national championship.
