To create your own webpage, i would recommend either googlepages (if you want to be simplistic and adventurous, plus, you have to be kinda good at HTML to have advanced effects) and GeoCities (Because its Yahoo, it is more advanced and developed, and plus, it has an excellent Java based webpage editor). Freewebs is not suitible for selling things, no one will take you seriously. To sell stuff, make some money on eBay, and buy a web server, like buymystuff.com (or something else)

If you want to sell stuff on your website, then I'm sorry. I don't think there's a free website out there, that i know of, that allows commerce for free accounts, sorry.
