theres a blue circle with a white ? flashing. then when it flashes behind it is white ? in red circle and a grey box behind red circle .what does this mean? what do i do to fix it ?

so i clicked on ? and it brought up an page called anti vermins so since they want $50 I deciced to see if i had virus so i d/l the virus scanner from avast ( my anti virus) and it said 0 virus i made sure it was working and up to date which it is and i know cuz it says when it updated almost everyday when i hover over the icon it says System Alert! its been doing this (what i typed up there) and dosnt seem to be effecting my system in a real bad way yet i would like to know what its saying so if any ideas Please let me know

When it appears, hover over the icon to see if it has a tool tip. It nothing else, try clicking on it to see if a window appears.

I suggest that you try to carryout system restore to a day previous to the day when there was no virus or any problems. It may be a few weeks or months back. You have to decide the date. Detailed instructions are posted at http://fixit.in/systemrestore.html

It sounds like a start up item. Possibly from the manufactor.
