If I had a huge speaking role I would want it to be on Prison Break.
Why? you ask, well, because I think the twists and turns the show takes would allow for awesome screen time for a character who seems to be a key part of the plot, and is suddenly killed off to come back. I think I would like to be the friend from Micheal's past that all of the sudden becomes an important part of making his life on the run more interesting. especially if it will put Sarah's knickers in a bunch.

I have had "HUGE SPEAKING ROLES")as you call them. The ones I really enjoyed tremendously were TORCH SONG TRILOGY/ MIDSUMMERNIGHTS DREAM/ AS YOU LIKE IT/ANGELS IN AMERICA.
