Your husband set the boundaries for her behavior. Not because he's her boss but because he's YOUR husband. He's only going to let her do the things he allows.
Don't tell her anything. Tell your husband he needs to put her in check and stop it.

Be afraid....be very afraid
1. He owns the company and obviously allows it in the workplace
2. He laughs it off when he KNOWS how much it bothers you
3. She's a female in the office and they obviously have something more than boss/employee relationship.
If you have a hunch that something is going on, you need to put a stop to it immediately. Somebody previously said "it's not harming anything if it's a simple slap"..... well, it's harming YOU, and your well being, AND your relationship with your husband. You need to do something to put a stop to the behavior, and quick!!!! Dont' be fooled, tricked, or mocked for your concern.

Unfortunately, your husband has to tell her to back off. It is his responsibility. This is also a form of sexual harrassment. She can get in big trouble for this. Talk to your husband and let him know that you do not like it and what if some male co-worker or male friend of yours did the same thing to you (bear hugs, hitting you on the buns etc.). This is disrespectful to you and your husband needs to correct this.

He doesn't think there is anything wrong with it so don't you. take him at his word and just ignore it if you can. If she is just that way then don't worry about it. Don't get mad over what she is doing as long as it is harmless. It is when it becomes more than just a slap that you should do something. For now don't do anything and stop saying anything about it. Don't let the lady know it bothers you. Maybe that will make her stop.

Talk to your husband and then talk to the female.
What she is doing is sexual harassment and it should be handled as such. If it is not she could come back and press charges on your husband and the company all it would take is your husband smiling wrong or doing any playful thing back toward her even tho she started it. ( had this happen to me as a boss so I know what can happen )

If he is the Boss, does he allow this behaviour with all his staff,or just with her. Maybe it is nothing if he just laughs it off. This may just be her personality or if they have a close working relationship with lots of stresses, they have to let loose when the are not working. If he loves you don't fret, it is just your heart talking, and hubby may be happy you show a little jealousy

In a situation like this tell your husband that it has become unbearable to be around her and you must say something to her. Then pull her aside and be very firm and to the point with her and that should solve your problem.

It is absolutely NOT acceptable for your husband to be nonchalant about this. You must sit him down for a serious conversation about it. If you have, or he's not receptive, you must take drastic measures. I would suggest a mediator, but if that's not possible, approach the colleague and firmly state, "Please refrain from using such familiar gestures with my husband. If you refuse to do so, I will contact my lawyer."

Its up to him to tell her to back off, and he is the one who is allowing her to disrespect you. If you end up being the one who has to tell her to back off, then she will just talk about you behind your back and giggle with your husband about it. This is NOT ok! Be prepared to divorce this guy, because it seems to me that he has a problem respecting you.
