Who sings the song in the verizon commercial w/ the dancing shadow? a girl sings "ive got this feeling..."?

girl is walking down street listening to a song on her cell but her shadow is dancing. she stops to answer and it stops. she hangs up and it starts again. Verizon advertized this when they started the v-cast phones. The song has a girl singing. Its really upbeat and the only words i remember is "I've got this feeling...".
