Yes! Your balls keep producing sperm on a constant basis. If you masturbate then have sex you may not *** as much because your balls did not finish refilling with semen. Masturbating everyday can also help decrease the risk of prostate cancer. So masturbating everyday is actually healthy.

This answer has no scientific bearing whatsoever, but my best friend and her husband tried for a couple years to have kids and he does ALOT of....you know...and when they had about given up there was one point where he didn't...masturbate for 2 days and bam. She got pregnant. Coincidence? She doesn't think so!
