... digs to the bottom of the display, or the back of the shelf to get the "freshest" pack?

And for those who do dig, do you put the items that were in the front back where they were, or do you just leave the shelf a mess?

Yes .. have to admit it - I always dig from the back. But I do leave the display tidy (well, most times) !!

the only thing i dig for is the milk,, i don;t go thru it as fast so i do reach the farthest back ,, but other wise what ever is in front has mt hand on it,

I never take the items in front, or on top.
So, I guess I'm a digger.
I do put items back on the shelves though.

No, not usually. I'll tell you what my granny does though....she is so awful to go shopping with! She actually looks at the holes in the middle of the paper towels...she says "some are bigger than others, so you don't get as many sheets" or something to that nature. I love her anyways, lol.

i do not dig i just take the first one, and if the things are out of line i am always the one fixing all the shelves! then the employes get pissy cause it is their job!

hahahaha, i do that! it's just that i don't want to die or something if the one i got is old, you know. i once got a yogurt (sitting in the front) but it expired in like two days so i was sad cuz i wait like days before i ddrink it because i have to be in the mood to drink it.
