I just updated to IE 7, how do I merge the explorer and menu bar?

The explorer bar is a pain, anyway I can remove it or merge it with my menu bar.

Get Firefox and you can do all that and a lot more. You can customize it anyway you want.

As far as I can tell, the only bars you can merge are the menu bar and links, which are off hidden by default. The other bars must be on their own bar/level.
