Were you just checking to see if everyone was awake and on their toes?

If a person didn't have a right foot or a left index finger,or possibly does not have a left ear, then I guess it would be impossible.

Nothing is impossible when you put your mind to it. And boy, you had a pretty weird mind for thinkin' about standin' on one foot while stickin' your finger up your ear.

your center of balance is off, because you are focusing on holding you left arm/elbow up, and then it increases the mass farther to the left, supported only by the right leg

Unless you had REALLY long arms, I think you'd only be able to bend.
