if unassisted only upon contact with the ground,the problem is not the jumping, but it is the landing. but the following aids may help your survival- parachute, parasail, bungee cord(but you may hit against the side of the building with the same effect as hitting the ground.)about 400000 heilum balloons or a single balloon with the same volume of helium and no!! an umbrella wouldn't help.

A Hang Glider would help. A Paracute would also be of some assistance.
