Hey! I really hope someone knows this song! I only heard it once and they never said the singer/song name!
It mentions many places including Tokyo..etc..
But the main part of the song is basically that 'they aren't Toronto.. or we are in Toronto' Something to that effect..
I hope you know what it is called or who sings it.

It's a fast song.. like a dance song. Really upbeat and awesome bass!!
