Most healthy men wake up in the morning with an erection. The slang term for this is "morning wood." This is normal and it's fairly common. Men have several erections a night as part of their sleep cycle. Many times they wake up and find they are still erect.
A man's penis becomes erect ("hard") in response to sexual arousal, excitement, and deep relaxation, such as what's experienced in deep dreaming sleep. An erection is caused by a rush of blood to the penis. A man's penis, especially a young man's penis, can also become erect without any kind of arousing stimulation — this is called a "spontaneous erection."
Every guy experiences this, so don't worry. Just hop in the shower and "take care of it" or lay there awhile and it will go away.

It is full of urine. Once you get up and go to the bathroom it will go down. I don't think it is because you were dreaming of a hot chick, maybe sometimes but not every night. My little brother only 3 years old wakes up like that every morning. I don't think he is dreaming of hot chicks....lol

It could either be that you were dreaming about a hot chick or because you have to go pee. That's what normally happens to me. Once I pee then it goes down.

Its human nature for a guy, it happens to all of us by design, it has biological reasons for why it HAS to happen, you cant do anything about it.
