I think he got what he deserved.
I think its weird to celebrate killing of any kind though.

I can see it now...
Good evening everyone, this is Dick Cark, live from the green zone in Baghdad, where we will be bringing in 2007 and hanging that wacky old dictator Saddam Hussein right at the stroke of midnight.
Right now, we are going to play some music for you, with our first dedication to Saddam...

either way, he was a human being and it's sick to see it anywhere, anytime for the fact that he WAS a human being reguardless of the SICK things he did to lots of other human beings.
So you're saying we should disregard the millions he killed, seeing as how his life is more valuable. How can you disregard anyone's life, if you ascertain that it's sick to see anywhere and anytime. No, because why would we want to bring him into the new year? We don't need to celebrate him, he is an evil man. He shouldn't have the right to be brought into the new year.

to answer your question, my first humorous thought was......yah, New years 1998 er something...lol
(meaning, LONG TIME AGO he should have been "Delt with", to save the lives of ones who didn't DESERVE to be "intentionaly executed"!

Decorate his *** with lights 'n' tinsel, drop 'em and watch 'em twitch ... I'd tune in for that ... but alas - he's been hung (hanged, maybe?!)
