Before I ask this please note this:
- I drink lots of black tea daily
- I lift alot in the gym
- I drink protein shake after each workout
- My mom often makes spicey food
ok my question is kinda embarassing but i need help regarding a very embarassing situation.
for the past month or so, I've been having problems down there (near my butthole), sometimes I have liquidy poop and it stains my pants, which is very embarassing. It keeps coming at least once a day, I wish it would stop, but everytime I properly wipe down there after each bathroom usage, few min later i start feeling uncomfortable and when i get up to check in bathroom, there is poo there without me even pooing. I really want to fix the problem. please I really need some help. It has become a nightmare in my life. I can't even sit properly or be comfortable. Any help would be truely appreciated. thank you.

Sounds like a pretty embarrassing problem, but it may be dietary in nature. I am not sure how much "lots of black tea" is but that may be the answer. Black tea can be an intestinal stimulant.
Also, during this time, if you are not lactose intolerant, try to eat a lot of a good quality organic yogurt to help increase the "good bacteria" in your gut. Also, take a look at what is in the protein shake and see if there might be anything in there that would be irritating to your system.
My advice would be to stop the black tea and hold off on spicy food until your gut is more regular. If within a week or two things aren't better, you should see your physician.
Good luck.

My first thought here is that you should talk to a Dr. so they can rule out a serious health problem. Trust me... a GI (gastro doc) will not find any of this embarassing or offensive as we many times worry about with embarrassing problems. They have seen and heard of it all, so I hope that isn't what keeps you from going.
You can also ask on www.ibsgroup.org On the IBS bulletin board because you won't receive some of the callous answers you have seen here. You will be talking to others who have bowel issues as well.
Good luck and I am sorry you are going through this. I imagine it would be very hard on you and I hope that you will see a Dr. also to make sure ro rule out anything serious. In the mean time, I agree with the other poster who mention fiber. Fiber adds bulk to your stool, which may help you gain control over the involuntary bowel movements you are experiencing. Try some Metamucil daily and see if that helps at all.

ok its easy why don't you try this for about a week or two anyway try not drinking black tea ,stop drinking protein ,and stop eating spicey . all those things mixed together isn't good for you i know that prtein is good for you but if you get too much then it can reverse and turn into bad and the spicy food is bad too go easy on it and not eat it everyday .or if that doesn't work then go to the doctor but i think that the black tea was the cause so lay it off eat some cheese but if you are lacktose and tolerant then i suggest don't eat any or it will just make it worse .

1. Stop drinking the black tea... That is a natural cleanser
2. Eat a salad and a Chicken breast after your workout
3. Lay off the Spicy food for awhile... that could be painful and hot when you are going to the bathroom.
4. Eat some BREAD... Wheat or white... doesnt matter eat some!
You just need to get some solids in you... that Black tea was running it right through you!
Hope this helps!

You mentioned near your anus. You could have a fistula among other things that lead you to leak fluids. The best way to is have a physician examine you and then maybe after clinical examination determine whether you need further studies to verify or rule out such issues.
They could give you a barium enema and runs some imaging studies if indicated. But the only way to tell is to have a physician check you out.
Best of luck. Find a physician you can feel comfortable with that you don't have to resort to the internet for medical advice.

Just change your diet. No more black tea, protein and spicey foods. You might need more Dietary fiber in your diet. Also you could talk to a real doctor at like a hospital or check up.

I'm a nurse. Believe it or not, it's normal. You are taking in way too much liquids, that's why. You see there is secretions that are present to ease a bowel movement, that's what you see. If in fact you drink over the daily amount of liquids, guess what you'll have more secretions. To avoid this limit your intake of fluids, don't over do it you don't want to get constipated. You will be OK. I would see a doctor just in case and see what he thinks. It couldn't hurt to put a small piece of tissue back there to absorb the secretions until it stops. Take care.

Cut back on the tea and on the spicey food.
Also, try this exercise. When you go pee, squeeze your butt cheeks together until you stop your stream of pee. this exercise is called a Kegal exercise, & will help you gain better control down there. Once you learn how to do it, you can practive it throughout the day without anyone knowing. Hold for 10 seconds each time.
You can also start buying colored underwear to help hide the stains.

Elvis was like you! It's what killed him! He had to poop all the time, and like to MAKE himself pinch a loaf even if he didn't feel-the-need. He pushed a little too hard and blew a gasket the day he died. You can try a higher-fiber diet. How do you do this? Eat more fruits. Grapes are delicious. Cranberries are delicious. Since it's not summer anymore, you're going to have a more difficult time finding citrus. Just change your eating habits to include more fruit and you'll be fine.

ya eat cheese or milk products. the watter in your diet isnt hurting you nor is anything else. im not sure about the protine shakes but i dont think so. Dary products will help constipate you if you eat too many i would suggest just adding a few to yoru diet. talk to your local farmacy too because chances are that they have an over the counter pill to help too.
