I am very curvy and the knit material clings to my every curve and I don't want it to look nasty and trampy.

Same here. I wear them. I wear them with some nice jeans and my air forces. It also depends on the sweater it is. If we're thinking about the same sweater you are just fine, but most knit sweaters are fine. There are only a couple out there that are really bad.

Well, there's a big difference between "clingy" and just too tight. I don't see anything wrong with curvy people wearing "clingy" or fitted clothing; most of the time I think it looks better than baggy clothing. When clothes are worn too small, that's when it begins to look trashy...

yes...i am some what curvy in the hips...i just got my hips this year in 7th grade..clingy sweaters look great on me...if you have a good figure then flaunt it just keep it appropiate and dont have too much fun with SUPER cling shirts! that would look nasty and definatly trampy

Absolutely not. Anyone who's not an underwear model should pick body-skimming over skin-tight. Unless you're wearing a serious corset/girdle/control camisole underneath, wear a non-stretch sweater that drapes gracefully.

don't take an old mans reason for staying young at hert away...it is only trampy if the person behaves trampy.

Yeah. Why should only stick thin and straight girls get to wear them. I'm curvy and I look pretty d*** hot in them.

maybe buy the next size up. you can always try a slimmer to even out as well, but dont ever let your size get itn he way of fashion

Yeah... fishy question.... Personally, I don't think anyone looks good dressed up in too-tight clothing.
