My windsheild wash fluid is not coming out...I have taken an air can and blew the air through the hose where it is connected on the wiper blade and the the washer fluid bubbled in the reserve tank. So I know the hose is not clogged, I am now wondering if there is a fuse that I can check that may be out and is causing the washer fluid not to come out?

You could unplug the connector at the washer pump located on the washer reservoir and connect a test light between the two wire terminals. Then turn on the waher switch and see if the test light lights up. If it does you have a bad pump. If it doesn't light up then you have a wiring or fuse problem.

I would check the washer pump which is usually located right on or close to the reservoir.

I suggest reading owner manual it's usually under dash. But you contact Chevy dealer or go library check out Chilton's book.
Hope this helps you out.
