i bought a pontiac grand prix bra. the hood piece is missing. the lower part is there which covers the front end. i have tried to make contact with the seller 15 emails to him so far no reply. this is a factory GM bra made just for my make and model. it shows that this is clearly a 2 piece item on the inventory and install sheet. how do i make him. send the rest of it? or any way i can report him and maybe get a refund??

The only real protection you have on ebay is to use a credit card . If there is a problem , your credit card will reverse the charges. ( the seller agrees to these terms if they want to use the credit card sevice).
I won a $450 dispute . Paypal said sent it back for a refund. Once the seller recieved the items paypal informed me that my dispute was not covered by paypal and they would assist me in claiming funds from his account . He now accepts cashiers checks only.

If you report him all thats going to happen is you will have to send the item back. if you payed via paypal i would file a claim through there. but before you do this, go read through the ebay auction and see if they specifically said its missing the hood piece or its jsut not included. alot of the time people dont real the full ebay listing. you might have bought one that didnt include that one piece. if it dose say it includes both pieces file through paypal.

If you paid with a credit card stop payment on it becuase you didnt reviece your item. with that paypal will get ahold of the seller, and if they dont reply they you will get you money back.

but before you make a fuss about it make sure you read it though. as far as the 15 emails, some times people dont ever go online unless they are doing something like selling on ebay, it happens.

Can you report him? Sure. Get a refund? Nope. As is where is. Don't ever buy a vehicle sight unseen through EBay. Know what EBay will do if they get enough complaints on him? They will (oh the horror of it) cancel his account. Know what he will do? Make up a new user name and get another account.
