Not sure what you question is, however fried bologna is delish! Especially if you put mayo on 2 slices of bread, put fried bologna on each slice of bread and then a fried egg inthe middle! YUM-O! I'm sure cheese is excellent on it, especially cheddar, but I try to stay away from cheese as it doesn't agree with me too much.
But I'm with you, fried bologna is good! Try it with a fried egg next time! :o)

I eat fried bologna when i have bologna in the house but i haven't tried it with cheese on it.

Fried bologna with a slice of garden fresh tomato with salt and pepper. Yummy! Too good! :)

Whats even more yummier is fried bologna with a fried egg & cheese & lettuce & tomato & ,mayo on wheat bread !!! Just pile it all on the bread together & its very filling !!!!!!!

It is good. I like to fry it and put the cheese on it for a few minutes before I take it out of the pan so the cheese melts right on the balogna.

I love it....my mom used to make it for us. However she used cottage cheese in the center of the bologna bowl it made.
