Once, I spent a whole day trying to hug and kiss my lil bro. and then when he asked what's wrong with me, I was all, "I LURRRVEEE YOOOUUUU!!". It totally freaked him out so now he's stays away from me coz he's scared I might pinch and smooch his cheeks again.

First try speaking to your mom abut how you feel n how u don't like your bro bugging you n if she doesn't say anything to him in order to stop when he does and u r trying to be mature about it by coming to her instead of you trying to play mom or dad your giving her that option or u will tell him yourself which u should anyway.Let him know to leave u alone and express how u feel when it happens n not just after cuz if your brother is young he wouldn't understand after the fact he would only understand when it is happening.Good luck n hope i could help.By the way i think it is great that you don't just get mean with him or hurt him that u r being very mature about it and your mom should learn to be more of a mom when needed.Well have a great new year.

You should first RESPECT your MOTHER, even if she is lazy! Maybe she didn't do anything because she's tired of trying to resolve all the time. There's times when us parents don't do anything because kids need to learn how to resolve by themselves. We're not always going to be there to solve the problem.
As for getting your brother to leave you alone, ignore him. After awhile he'll get bored because he isn't getting a reaction out of you. It's going to be hard on you because I'm sure you'll want to hit him back or yell, but it will work!
