Yep -- go out and have fun. Last year I had recently moved and had no friends to hang with. I went -- by myself -- to a local bar, and ended up partying with a crowd who all worked together. After they left I sat down with two nice ladies and got two kisses at midnight. Just dress nice, smile a lot and be confident. I will bet good money you'll have a great time!

I know you're bummed out, but make this a good evening. Is everyone you know going to this party? I'm sure there are others that are not, call them and invite a few over, rent some movies, get some pizzas, etc. If no one is available (it is short notice), then plan something for yourself, phone someone long distance you haven't talked to in a while, have a beauty night:do your hair and nails, send out some emails, if some of your computer friends are also alone, you could have a cyber party on your 360 page. There are lots of alternatives, just don't sit alone and mope. And, when people ask you , you tell them you had a blast, no pity party for you!

Well you have already started a pity party, and they are never any fun, so get off your butt, and go and volunteer at a seniors home , or if they have it a place for the homeless, and there is not a town in the world that doesn't have an elderly person that wouldn't like some company, remember that if you rely on some one or something to make you happy you are going to be in for a long miserable life, be of service to others and you will serve yourself

hey screw those people........sounds like you need to find some new friends......nothing wrong with being alone, gives you time to think, just enjoy the quite, play some of your favorite music, play on the internet.....go to sleep early because the next day is a whole new year and you are going to get off to a good start, and in a short time period you will have a new boyfriend.......ok here is an idea........there is probably someone you know that you think is nice, but maybe he is a little shy and is afraid to ask you out......so what you do is just ask him to go out for pizza or something like that.......you can do it, just send him an email or write him a note, and soon enough you will forget about that last boyfriend and hopefully you will make a new friend.......don't sit around and feel sorry for yourself, because if you do, you will be the only one feeling sorry for you........make a game plan and go for it.....and have a great 2007!!!!!!!!!

Don't ever let how other people think of you determine how you feel.
How you feel about yourself comes from your heart and not whether some ****** guy wants you at his or her party, which from the sounds of it, will probably suck anyways.
Do what YOU want to do, don't just decide that you need to be where it's at in order to be cool.
Learn now that real fun comes from doing what you really want to do and not how others want you to act...

If you want to go out, go out. There's always something happening. Grab your local free entertainment paper and find a club or event.
