Sometimes they exact a heavy price on my heart, but yes, I would rather have them than not.

Memories are definitely priceless. I was just thinking about how fast my little girl has grown up. I have been thinking about how little she used to be and the cute things she used to do. There are some memories I would rather forget, but the good comes with the bad sometimes.

Honey, as a person whose entire family
has left this world for another, I can definitely
say that I consider memories to be priceless

My memories? It all depends of course. Many I would pitch in the trash. Some are worth keeping. Priceless? I don't know about that. They are not of value to any outside of the family, nor will they be remembered after we are all gone.

yes and here's why:
I really have a very poor memory - probably because I have blocked a lot of things in the past - BUT I have a friend who has shared most of my life with me and she has an incredible memory - she'll mention something from our past and it will jog something in my mind and we have a great conversation over it - this happens with other people too but this girl has an incredible memory - I mean she never forgets anything (she must have an elephant brain!)
