Told someone how you feel about them....and gotten silence..or maybe them saying they dont reciprocate your feelings in response?
Sorry for asking this question again...but its just that i forgot the most important part of my question...so i really hope its ok...i just wanted to ask......Do you ever wish you could take it back?

That has happened to me before, and, yes, a part of me did want to take it back. But, one has to realize that it does not take another person to validate one's feelings. My feelings were just as legitimate whether they were reciprocated or not. I did not "take it back". I just left it on the table.

Yes. When my fiance and I were about 8 months into our relationship, I told him I loved him. I meant it. He said he didn't love me yet. I was crushed, but I was also relieved that he was comfortable enough to be honest with me. I didn't freak out, I praised his honesty. Now here we are, two years later, we're getting married the 12th of next month! So it's not always a bad thing.

Ouch!!! it hurts dosn't it some things are just Not meant to be at least ya know where ya stand now so you can go on and find someone else

no it's never happened to me. but my best friend once told me he had feelings for me. and i honestly didnt feel that way about him, and never could! he was like my brother...and i told him so, he wasn't angry but i could tell he was hurt, and yes i wish soooo much he'd have never said that, it changed everything, our relationship was never quite the same...eventually we stopped hanging out and i miss him alot. :-/

Yep and it bites!! Oh well, it's the risk we take. What would we have to lose if we didn't take that chance?
