my hamster named little guy ecaped from hes finally when he was gone for 2 weeks i bought 2 baby dwarf hamsters each brothers 1 month old today i fond him hes so freakin fat bout 2 pounds ,size of a baseball why could he be so fat like this ..................................im gonna buy him a cage tommorow cuz i cant put with the babies hell kill them .

do you know for sure that he's a boy? mistakes are commonly made about hamster genders and little guy could turn out to be pregnant little girl. also some hamsters are naturally big. i once had a hamster the size of a small rabbit. if you just found him he could have just been eating everything and anything in sight and depending on what he found he could be huge from eating a bunch of junk. i would call a vet and see what he recommends

That is scary!! He could have eaten something that swelled in his stomach. I'd make sure he's in a cage with little food lots of water and a big old wheel so he can run those ounces off !!!
