I mean candles that have a aroma therapy...do they have effect to relax you...I think it works for me, or probably its my conciounus..

Yes, it's true. I'm a firm believer in Aroma therapy candles. I use them all the time. Especially while soaking in the tub. I light them near the sink where there's room for them. I feel so relaxed and stress-free after wards. I highly recommend aroma candle therapy.

If you like the smell of aromatherapy candles, you might like using real essential oils in an aromatherapy oil burner. True essential oils are the real thing, and the fragrance can be much stronger, and usually more pleasant and long lasting, than the artificial fragrances in some candles and air fresheners. Give them a try---you might like them. Reading up on aromatherapy is a great idea; it may help you find oils for specific moods and/or illnesses.

No there are really smells that I find relaxing too. I love the smell of candles. I want to learn how to use it in the bath so that I can feel relaxed in the tub and be surrounded by the smells that relax me.

Yes I think so too. Especially Camomile, Juniper and Eucalyptus, work well when I am so tired and stressed out.
