Just like spaghetti.

Fettucini is just a different shape of pasta - flat noodles - not unlike angel hair or linguini or anything else.

You may be thinking of Fettucini Alfredo, which is just fettucini noodles (flat spaghetti) with white Alfredo sauce. But you can make it with anything.

Just buy the fettucini, boil some water, make it like you make spaghetti. Sauce it with whatever you want.
