Only if you do it in their office. There is no way to test for something like that, other than to ask you.

The only way a doctor could tell that you have had any kind of sexual activity is if you have rubbed yourself raw from too much activity in a short time.

Masturbating will not make you penis bigger or cause stretch marks on the glans or anything else.

Besides, most any doctor today knows that EVERY male masturbates. It is a normal and healthy activity. So enjoy your penis and stop worrying about it!

No, unless you don't trim your fingernails and have scarred up your shaft. No way to tell, he could ask I guess but he won't as most doctors would assume any healthy male in puberty with functional equipement generally masterbates.
If your doctor is a guy, just remember that he likely masterbates too, maybe just the morning you saw him. It is natural, nothing to be ashamed of.

No there is no way to tell if a man has had any form of sex. There is no way to tell if they have masturbated. The doctor will have to ask and you should feel comfortable answering him honestly.

No the doctor will not be able to notice that, the only way the doctor will notice that is if you do it so continuiously that one arm muscle is more developed than the other.
