Medical professioanls are trainned to notice things......bad breath tells them things.....how a person walks.....reacts to a procdure or test......lines, bunps. spots all point to ones health.
Question is why would a doctor care if you masterbate.....what reason a would doctor have to bring it up..........have you ever heard of someone coming back from the doctor dianogist as a masterbater.
Talk to your pals.....everyone does it.......medical professional expect it as a normal activity.......only if you don't clean up afterwards will they ask about it!

Unless you are rubbing something raw to the point where anyone can tell, or you tell them, they will not know. However, most medical professionals would consider it extremely common and normal for people that have reached sexual maturity to masterbate, so it's not something that would suprise them.
