Yes! It's "Disaster at Silo 7", a TV movie from 1986. It's about an army crew who go to a missile silo to refuel the missile, and accidentally drop a bolt down the shaft, which punctures the tank. Of course the gas ignites and there is a disaster. They have to find the missile before it explodes.

Have you ever heard of "slun in acerte" its a great movie, kind of a western, horror flick that's funny. Lots of drama its the best, its kind of on the lines of a documentary but still a love story with a lot of romance. It reminded me of a thriller I saw once with foreign sub-titles. Its you might say a Gay and Lesbian - fantasy. Its sure to be a classic enjoyed by children and family's everywhere, although its rated PG 13. The animation is just fantastic with lots of action and adventure.
