if we (americans) say "pardon my french", do french people say pardon my english?

well, personnally i say and write "excuse my english".

Why not to say to french people "excuse mon français" or "excusez mon français" in their native language ?

I think it's much easier and polite to say and write in the other's language. Like sine i can't hardly sepak german, i'm saying 'ich spreche kein deutch' (i don't speak german in german and then i try in english ou french.
