You can but the hot water heater will have problems keeping up with the heat needs of a garage. It would be best to find a small boiler.

you can do it, but I hope you have lots of $$ to throw away. get a gas, or wood system & you'll be better off! Combination systems work best.

yes, you have't to have pipes underneath and a pump to keep the water moving--costly!!!
