I am very grateful to have such a protective President. He does the right thing and doesn't worry about the media.

Impeachment? You sound very ignorant. He would have to commit a crime first.

In order for impeachment to occur, he must violate serious federal laws, which he has not. Which means that regardless of public opinion on the war, he cannot be impeached over it unless it broke laws(which it does not). And thus, seeing as how impeachment is at this point impossible, I do not see how it could possibly be fun.

And another thing, assuming Bush is impeached, Cheney, the man who shot a fellow hunter in the face, takes over. You probably don't like him either, considering he would probably be worse. And thus, you don't want to see Bush impeached.

I don't know whether I favor impeachment or not, but just to clear up something in other answers: you do not have to commit a serious crime to be impeached. The Constitution says "high crimes OR misdemeanors," which could include anything from murder to a speeding ticket. The Founders wanted the people to have a way to get rid of a bad president before his term was up, whether it was for his policies or his corruption or any other thing that the majority of the people thought was bad for the country.

And if it had to be a SERIOUS crime, then I don't think there were grounds to impeach Clinton, but they did it anyway, right?

Why don't you do a little research, Bush hasn't done anything that would make an impeachment possible. The Democrats in office, the ones that has common sense anyways, hasn't even mention "Impeachment" yet.

Wrong. USA Today says Bush's approval rating is 52%. So if you do the math (which apparently you haven't) 48% of the people dislike Bush. As for impeachment, how do you impeach the president if he hasn't done anything wrong? (well you might say he went to Iraq, that's something) Wrong. You need congresses approval before going to war and congress did approve him to go to war, so before you swim in your own stupidity please check your sources.

no impeachment, to do that he would have to do something illegal, people not likeing him is not illegal

next of all those people, that poll, most don't vote, even in the election this time, the voting was still close which tells you that in real life of voters it is not that high.

and of course you want the VP to be president ??
And in two years, if they try it, they won't get anything else done, they have to work with him, not fight him.

You are stating a personal belief, not a question.
And I do believe that you are over-stating the case. Impeachment is NEVER fun.

Low poll numbers are NOT grounds for impeachment.

I think he does know what the people think.

He knows that he is in a tenuous position and is trying to just get through the next two years.
