I love that song and am a big fan of Clannad. I searched but couldn't find a translation of the song. I only know that Dulaman means "seaweed". This is all the info I found on the song:

Dulaman
Appears on Dulaman, The Collection, An Diolaim, Ultimate Collection
Language
Irish Gaelic
Style
Traditional
Background
There are two kinds of dulaman, or seaweed, mentioned in the song, one was used for dying cloth --dulaman gaelach-- and the other kind is edible --dulaman maorach. The men who made their living from dulaman were called after the particular seaweed they sold. 'Dulaman Maorach' was only one of the many suitors hoping to win the hand of 'Dulaman Gaelach's' beautiful daughter. A conversation between the two men reveals that her father did not want her to wed this man but it seems that Dulaman Maorach took off with her, regardless.

Maybe you already found this yourself though!
