Yes I do. I have always idealized the code of chivalry, and believe that you should say what you mean, mean what you say, say nothing you do not firmly believe in or know to be true, and to stay silent if you have nothing positive to add to a situation. To seek truth above all else, and not to engage in falsehood. To honor committments and vows until they are fulfilled, you are released, or you die in the pursuit of their fulfillment. Strength, loyalty, honor, charity, virtue, faith. A king once asked which of these knightly tenets was the most important, to wich question a very wise man replied, "Truth. That must be it. For when a man lies he murders some part of the world."

At this age who knows what hardship they may well be entering into. They appreciate me and their dad, they attend coll part and that they've their jobs. i understand i did no longer do all of the failings i had to do in my existence, and another issues i'm no longer too pleased with. yet I did something great citing my young ones. They visit church each Sunday and to three bible learn on Wednesday nights. i'm a stable mom, and that's my code of honor. consistent with risk somebody won't see it like I do, yet i do no longer strategies what others think of, that's what i think what concerns.. what a deep question! don't we all! wether the code be a moral and ethical or a do unto others before they do unto you. I have always lived by MY code. Understanding a code of ethics and morality has changed, "my personal code", over the years. Today, the code I live by is "The Golden Rule", "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." either way you can have friends, the quality of the friendship is so much better in morality. Happy New Year!!!!
