It REALLY annoys me when people say "anal sex is bad for you" or "unhealthy". If you don't like then you don't like it, fair enough, it's not for everyone. But to say it's unhealthy is just not true. Yes, if you just ram something massive in there and tear your rectum then yes, it's 'unhealthy' but only an idiot would do that. If you take your time and prepare then there are no ill effects. The anus is capable of opening up more than 8cm in diameter and returning to normal without any problems. And no natural man is anywhere near 8cm diameter! Just because something isn't natural does not mean it is unhealthy. Oral sex isn't natural but try telling me that is unhealthy! Lots of things people do during sex can be considered not natural. You also hear people claim that you lose the use of your anal muscles from too much anal sex. Rubbish!! There is NO evidence to support that. You use it once a day or so to have a poo, it is designed to open and close, thats what it does, for whatever the reason. The anus is a muscle and saying you will lose the ability to use it through having anal sex is like saying that if you walk everyday then soon you will not be able to walk anymore. Muscles lose their strength with old age and sometimes disease but NOT from using then. Using them makes then stronger. Yes, porn stars who do a lot of anal have 'stretchier' anuses which simply means they are used to anal and are more relaxed to it and can accommodate larger things but they do not walk around in their everyday lives just pooing themselves!! This is nothing against the question asker, it's aimed at people who answer questions without knowing what they are talking about! In answer to that question, i've used that once and yeah it's good but i find standard KY works fine.

I would say no. KY in general tends to "burn" me. Warming liquid would be a bad idea...
I use Wet with no problem, however.

better than nothing but it starts to get tacky in too short a time. I recommend Wet as a lube and anal-eze to get started.

I don't read anywhere on the label that says you can't use it.
