I'm almost positive that there is no word with every letter of the alphabet in it. The shortest sentence containing all the letters of the alphabet is "The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog."

There isn't, unless you consider the entire alphabet a word.
There are phrases with all the letters and no repeats.
There are words with all the vowels.
But none with all the letters.
