You don't need a website and instructions to teach you how to draw. It's all about practice. Pick up a pencil/pen/charcoal/paint brush... and go at it!

Websites suck and I wouldn't suggest learning from websites but here is a good one http://drawsketch.about.com/...I suggest to just buy a 18 x 24 newsprintpad, a drawing board, a couple of 9b pencils, a couple of 4b pencils, a soft white pencil, a pencil sharpener, a kneaded eraser and a regular eraser...Now just run around drawing stuff, find a subject you like and review that thing and try to memorize everything about it (indentations, etc). If you can't even draw what you see, you need to learn how about measuring sections of your subject using imaginary vertical and horizontal lines against other sections of your subject and even the spaces between your subject...practice long drawn out contour drawing sessions, where your eye almost never leaves the subject, and fast gestural drawing where you are just getting the overall shapes in without being too anal...Drawing takes years, there is no website that can teach you, I could recommend some free books you can get from the library that might help...There are literally hundreds of little drawing tips and tricks that are hard enough to teach someone who is standing right next to you...but nearly impossible to teach over the web.

Drawspace.com, Mark Kistler's Imagination Station, and other websites if you do a search on-line. Also, try Drawing for Dummies. Either the library, a bookstore, or Amazon.com(etc.)have that. Don't forget schools and colleges in your area also have drawing classes.
