What if my phone is not finding my bluetooth to set it up?

You probably don't have the BT device in "pairing" or "discoverable" mode. The instruction booklet for your device should tell you how to do this.

Only after it's in pairing mode should you search for it from your phone; if at this point your phone can't find the headset, there's probably a hardware problem with one of them.

it might not be compatible to your phone are you reading the instuctions right to find your device
