i don't see why not. If the deceased guy or woman in question has a burial plot West of the Mississippi and ability to transport the physique then definite. this is different from that's against the regulation or something.

Because if he's living in Winston-Salem, he isn't dead. If he's alive, why would he want to be buried anywhere?

By the way, in North Carolina, he can't marry his widow, either.
