Keep in mind, I am looking for resolutions for myself NOT your own resolutions. Any suggestions?

Keep a positive attitude and don't take what negative things people say too personally. Try to turn any negativity in to a positive event. Do away with pet peeves, don't get upset with bad drivers, rude people at the store, or deadbeats at work. Stress is not to take over your life so just get up a little earlier, allow yourself extra time in a store or on the road, and you will soon realize how ridiculous it is for one to get upset over such minor things in life.
Also, try to appreciate what most take for granted. Don't just breath, smell what is in the air and remember it. Don't just touch what is near you, feel and remember the texture. Don't just eat your food, taste and savor the individual flavors of each bite. Don't just look at what is in front of you, actually see it, take a visual picture in your mind and appreciate the natural beauty of all the colors of the spectrum. Don't just hear the music, listen to each element of sound and the tone of each instrument and voice that plays.
If you attempt to do this, I can guarantee you will feel more positive about life and inspired to improve all around you. Have a safe and Happy New Year my friend!!

I think everyones resolution should be to be the best person they can be and help more people this next year however they can. The world would be a better place if they did.

Depends on wat sort of person u are. Only you can answer that, cos any suggestions from any persons, would be from theyre own resolutions really. And they dont really follow thru. But hey i hope u find it.

to realize that making resolutions can only set you up for failure so resolve to accept who and what you are and be happy with it.

Even though this is a personal decision that only you can make, I say to do something that you have never done, or to do more things to make yourself happy.
