heyy they do kinda look alike if it's true.
ps: "jazzychick", brittany murphy's hair is natrually brown also. but you don't have to have the same hair color to be related.
pps: It's not true i looked it up! Ashley once said that she is a big fan of Brittany and when she talked to her she was so nice. Meaning they didn't know each other before. Sorry for ruining your question there.

No, they don't look anything alike naturally. cause i read this magazine and Ashley Tisdale said that her hair was died blonde and she had contacts.
