I work for this guy who sells on eBay. He sells thousands upon thousands of auto parts, and I make spreadsheets that contain the titles and descriptions for each part. I was just wondering what my job title would be?

Call yourself a "Programmer" if you are able to ceate more value-added data for any spreadsheet/s at customers' demand - and of course also be able to rectify errors as and whenever ir arises. Otherwise you are probably a data entry processor.

"Goddess of Spreadsheets" would be good but for the most part, I would simply say Data Entry Specialist or Administrative Assistant. Other titles would apply but I think those people are "full of sheets"

If you are interpreting the spread sheets, and reporting your findings, then "Business Analyst, or Data Analyst"
