So I was at the mall today and walked into a store and one of the most beautiful women I've seen greeted me. We flirted a bit (or so it seemed...) and I bought a shirt. After I was done shopping, I wondered whether or not I should've gone back and got her number. How am I supposed to find a girl?? Why is it so hard to be a lesbian and date??

i think you should keep shopping there and flirt with her more
ask for her number once you have gotten a little more aquainted
it's hard to know if she's a lesbian or not too
so take it slow
make a move
be upfront and straightforward
:]

ahhh ... such is our life ! Is he or int she ??? Well she works at a store and may be on commission. It sounds like she was just being friendly and chatting you up so you would purchase something.

May I suggest getting yourself a piece of pride jewelry and keeping it in your purse if your not comfortable wearing it all the time. If you had some in the store you could have put it on in the dressing room and then MADE sure she seen it.

Can I also suggest finding out the name of some local ladies/girlz bars/clubs. That way if you meet a women and start chatting you can offer a strong hint by asking her has she ever been to "xyz"bar ? If she's gay and recognizes the bar she may open up more to you.

You could also try going to lesbian bars/ and clubs that way you know for sure who your dealing with.

I always encounter great women at shops, restaurants, etc. but I feel uncomfortable asking them out or for a number because if she's working then she may be just playing the role. On the other hand, when I sold cell phones in a retail store I got a lot of dates from customers. My rule was the third time a girl I liked came into the store to see me I could divert the conversation from business to pleasure. Keep going back, see if she likes you for you or if she is just doing her job. Good luck!

Hey...

I know how hard it is to be gay and to date. Been there, done that, going through it now. Well, start looking for girls. It really depends if you want a relationship or just a sex buddy. Most are looking for either one of the two. When you find someone that you might be interested in and they seem to be interested in you as well, ask for their number and ask them out. Things should work out from there.

Good Luck!

Go back and flirt and see if she flirts again. Then ask is she would like to meet for coffee or a drink (if age appropriate). Crushes are cool, enjoy but be cool and don't scare her away by being too intense.

If she works there, my best advice is to go there often. Take it slow to figure out if she bats for your team, then when it is clear that she is, then ask for her number. From there, let the pieces fall into place... because they will.
