You can only use current AL players. You can only use 3 all-stars. The rest of the line-up has to be made up of players that have not played in an all-star game.

2B Estaban German .422 OBP, 3 HR, .360 RISP OBP
2. SS Carlos Guillen .400 OBP, 19 HR, .402 RISP OBP
C Joe Mauer (All Star) .429 OBP, 13 HR, .497 RISP OBP
DH Manny Ramirez (All Star) .439 OBP, 35 HR, .471 RISP OBP
3B Alex Rodriguez (All Star) .392 OBP, 35 HR, .431 RISP OBP
1B Justin Morneau .375 OBP 34 HR .401 RISP OBP
LF Lyle Overbay .372 OBP, 22 HR, .382 RISP OBP
RF Milton Bradley .370 OBP, 14 HR, .409 RISP OBP
CF Reed Johnson .390 OBP, 12 HR, .346 RISP OBP

This is in the proper batting order in my opinion RISP is On base percentage with runners in scoring position, I feel this reflects a player's ABILITY to drive in runs better than RBIs. The order would have a team OBP of .399, 187 HR, and a RISP OBP of .411. Pretty nice, the homeruns would not make the top 10 however, the OBP would be .040 points higher than any other team and the RISP OBP would probably be even further ahead of any other team in the majors.
