One thing you could do is put the wikipedia, msn encarta, answers.com, and other on-line encyclopedias into your favorites and read and familiarize yourself with facts and data. Pick a specialty, a category that interests you the most, and spend a lot of time in there. Also the history channel, PBS, and other educational television programs and reading books will help you gain more knowledge you can impart those with less knowledge than you, therefore you will be picked for best answer, get ten points, get thumbs ups, oh, and always go back to your question and vote for yourself if all you really want is the points. Answer very less number of question but what ever number you answer the question it most be appropriate, justify , brief, and should be very clear so that a layman can understood it and also you get marks as best answer and if voted your answer will be voted out.
